AHEPA/Penelope #120, Inc. Elderly Housing, Peabody

Krapf Associates provided local financing and project management services to the American Hellenic Educational Progressive Association of Indianapolis, Indiana and the local chapter of the Daughters of Penelope for this 48-unit low income elderly development in Peabody, Massachusetts, awarded HUD Section 202 funding in late 1997.  Krapf Associates was also successful in obtaining supplementary State and federal funding of $800,000 for a total project budget of over $5 million.  Construction completion and occupancy:  January,  2002.
