Youth and Family Services Building

Part of the Dimmock Community Health Center, this was the first new building on this nine acre historic campus in over 60 years. This 28,800 square foot  building contains four child care and education programs serving children, including those with disabilities and AIDS. Total development cost of  $2.9 million.
Completed:  March, 1991.

Krapf Associates was also project manager of  a 10,000 square foot $2.3 million addition to this building for an expanding Early Head Start and After School Program (SmartKids).  Completed:  April, 2004.
