Krapf Associates provided financial packaging and project management services for this $34 million new construction LEED qualified building, which tripled the space available to the Health Center, moved it closer to the heart of Mattapan and provided rental income from two tenants which both supports the Health Center and provides services to the community. The financial package included stimulus funding, capital campaign contributions, conventional loans and New Markets Tax Credits. Alice Krapf assisted the Health Center’s team in assembling the development team, including architects, engineers, attorneys, etc., liaison with funding sources, soliciting and managing owner vendors for medical equipment, signage, etc.
